  13. When I first started to learn Icon the options for executables on
  14. both Linux and NT were:
  15. (1)run with interpreter
  16. (2)compile to C  then compile the C code.
  17. Has anything much changed? 
  18. eg is it possible (or will it ever be) to compile direct?
